Prices
All prices in the 4MuddyFeet Online Store are in UK Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT
The prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised in the Online Store may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in the 4MuddyFeet Shop. We are under no obligation to honour any in-shop price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in the Online Store. Similarly, the 4MuddyFeet Shop is under no obligation to honour any Online Store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-shop.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information in the Online Store is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Product Images
We endeavour to keep all images as a true representation of the goods supplied but in some cases it is necessary for a product to get a true representation of its use it may have to be shown with additional items or parts. Please refer to the product description to get a true representation of the goods supplied, if the description is not clear or you are unsure of exactly what is supplied with your purchase then please contact us for clarification.

Returns
Before returning any item for whatever reason please contact 4MuddyFeet by email for a Returns Ref No.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Warranty
All goods are only guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Claims evaluation will be made in a just and prompt manner by the manufacturer. All implied warranties, including, but not limited to implied warranties of the fitness and merchantability, are limited in duration to a period ending one year from the date of purchase. Under no circumstances will 4MuddyFeet Ltd be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of any product distributed by 4MuddyFeet Ltd. The manufacturers shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, testing and use of said products, and we accept no liability for such damages.

Unwanted Goods
For items ordered within the EEC Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be un-used, unopened, untouched and in a re-saleable condition i.e. all packing, accessories etc. and must be returned at your expense. The cost of any loss of product/component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has been received by ourselves. Refunds are issued by original payment method within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. For items ordered outside of the EEC there are no refunds on correctly supplied working items. Please be aware we do NOT operate any try before you buy policy.

Delivery Address
You must ensure the address and postcode entered during checkout is correct, further delivery costs will be incurred if the address supplied is in-correct and the delivery cannot be completed. Items returned to us as "un-deliverable" by our couriers will not be re-dispatched until extra postage costs have been paid in full. It is the buyers responsibility to provide an address suitable for delivery where the item can be checked and signed for. A signature given at the address supplied by the buyer will be taken as proof of delivery. You should ensure that the item can be succesfully delivered and signed for at the address you have supplied.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
